Welcome to Iron Grip Gym's 6 week fitness challenge. It is a new year and we all have our own goals but lets start together with a simple and achievable one and get ourselves into a better shape with 6 weeks hard work.
The challenge will run on February 5th to March 16th. There will be a weigh in and measurements taken at the beginning and the end and there will be prizes up for grabs as an added incentive. All members, both male and female, are welcome to join and it is ABSOLUTELY FREE!
What do you need to know...
What we want from you:
- Quite simply your commitment to try your best, we cant ask for more than that.
What you get from us:
- weigh-in and body measurements taken at the start and end of the program.
- 2 extra morning classes per week (wednesdays and fridays) to help you stay active.
- diet guidelines you can follow.
- constant support (we are always here for you!)
- weekly activity diary so you can plan your weekly training in advance (so important!)
- 3 week squat, sit up and push up challenges for you to try at home!
All information will be included in our booklet that each participant will receive. It will be full of tips and advice and useful tools for you to reach your goals.
How often will you have to train?
That one is up to you but we will chat at the beginning and find out your specific goals and go from there. The more the better though!
Are there prizes?
There will be prizes at the end, both for the most weight lost and for the greatest percentage of weight lost. Oh and the main prize of course in that you will feel and look great!
How do you sign up?
We have created a facebook event that you can check out and show your interest or fill out the contact form on the right to let us know you are keen. In the new year we will have a registration form at reception for you to fill out.
